We strive for efficiency throughout our facility by implementing lean manufacturing. Lean manufacturing is a production process that is based on an principals of maximizing productivity, while simultaneously minimizing waste, within a manufacturing operation.This has been applied for every aspect to our business. This helps our company to provide true quality parts for our valued customers.

The machine carousels are filled with high end tools that maintain steady production flow. Several machines are designated for multiple jobs using the same tools. Carrying more tools makes it easier to perform low-volume, high-mix production tasks. Therefore we can save valuable time by keeping spindles turning with pre-staging tools.
We have Renishaw probes that enable automated precise and accurate measurements. This is crucial for meeting tight tolerances and ensuring high-quality components to increase precision accuracy. Our programs include various check points that provide early detection of deviations, in-cycle guaging while in machine, tool setting, broken tool detection & more. This has been an innovative addition to our tool collection.

We have Pierson Workholding incorporated into several of our machines to boost speed of our already rapid capable machines. The RotoVise Pro is coupled with our own custom designed part fixtures to maximize available space. The RotoVise Pro holds 4 parts with access to 3 sides each that provide more product every machine cycle. The SmartVac 3 Vacuum is a quick change pallet that is easily utilized on the machine tables. This system also uses customizable Top Plates coupled with our own custom designed fixtures for parts. Having such equipment available provides us with an innovative advantage over traditional vise workholding.
